Introduces a new command to automatically update artist profile images by fetching data from the Spotify API and updating the database. Refactors `MediaType` to an Enum for improved type safety and code clarity across the application. Includes Spotify refresh token functionality.
Removes the `media_types` table from the database schema. This table is no longer needed as the application no longer uses it.
